1. Acceptance
By installing or using Mosaico Vivo, you agree to these Terms and applicable Google Play rules. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the game on compatible devices. The code, artwork, characters, text, sound, trademarks, and other elements remain protected by intellectual-property law.
3. Acceptable use
You must not exploit defects, interfere with services, bypass controls, automate abuse, distribute unauthorized copies, gain unauthorized access, commit purchase fraud, or use the game in violation of law or third-party rights.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Purchases are processed by Google Play and follow its payment, cancellation, and refund rules. The price and currency confirmed in the Google Play purchase screen prevail. Gems and items are consumable digital-content licenses for use only in the game. They have no monetary value outside it, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred or converted to cash unless required by law.
The 10% bonus applies once to the first eligible purchase recognized by the game. This version has no subscriptions or paid randomized rewards. Refunds and chargebacks may result in removal of corresponding content where technically possible and legally permitted.
5. Ads and third-party services
The game may offer optional rewarded ads and Google service integrations. Availability and operation also depend on the provider and a compatible internet connection.
6. Testing and availability
Test versions may contain changes, interruptions, and resets needed for development. We aim to preserve progress where technically possible but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with every device.
7. Suspension
We may restrict online features in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
8. Liability
The game is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by external services, incompatibility, interruptions beyond reasonable control, or use contrary to instructions.
9. Energy and rewards
Each attempt uses the amount of Portal Energy shown in the game. Energy regenerates over time and may also be refilled through displayed options such as gems or a rewarded ad. Rewards are delivered only after the stated condition is confirmed and may be unavailable because of connection failures, session limits, or provider availability.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and show the revised date on this page. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Questions may be sent to brimora@remessaflow.com. Brazilian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections or overriding rules in the user’s country.
