1. Scope
This policy applies to Mosaico Vivo, package com.brimoragames.mosaicovivo, and related support. This version of the Brimora Games institutional website does not use advertising cookies or first-party analytics tools.
2. Information handled
2.1 Local progress
Unlocked levels, scores, ratings, gems, items, preferences and completed tutorials may be stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the game.
2.2 Optional Google Play Games
You may play without signing in. If you connect Google Play Games, Google may provide player identifiers and process information needed for supported features such as cloud saves, achievements or leaderboards. The game has no chat, image uploads or custom public names.
2.3 In-app purchases
Digital purchases are processed by Google Play. Brimora Games does not receive full payment-card details. We may handle product identifiers, purchase status, transaction token or receipt, time and technical information needed to validate, grant, restore and protect purchases.
2.4 Rewarded ads and consent
The game may use Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and Google UMP for privacy choices. Depending on region, consent and settings, these services may process IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and approximate location derived from IP. Ads are limited or non-personalized when required.
2.5 Service, security and support
Minimum technical data may be handled to validate purchases, synchronize features, prevent abuse and maintain the service. If you contact us, we process your address, message, attachments and information you choose to provide.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to operate and improve the game, deliver optional Play Games features, validate purchases, grant ad rewards, honor privacy choices, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal duties. Depending on the context, the legal basis is performance of a service, consent, legal obligation or legitimate interests such as security.
4. Sharing
Necessary data may be processed by Google Play, Google Play Games, Google AdMob/UMP and infrastructure providers used for validation and security. We do not sell personal data for money. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Retention and security
- Local progress: until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
- Synced information: while the feature remains active or until deletion under available controls.
- Purchase and anti-fraud records: as needed to validate, restore, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
- Support messages: as needed to resolve the request and retain an essential record.
We use safeguards appropriate to the risks, including encrypted transit for online communications. Providers may process data internationally under applicable safeguards.
6. Children
The official age rating and target audience are shown on Google Play. Where children and families rules apply, appropriate advertising, consent and content settings are used. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. You can clear local data in Android settings, manage Play Games, and reopen in-game privacy options when available.
